Andrew Anson, Founder, CEO
A dynamic idea driver and entrepreneurial business producer with nearly 20 years of management experience in product, marketing, and business development for banking & finance, technology, start-ups and business including; Sales Force Program Development for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Commercial and Event Marketing for Union Bank of California, Corporate Marketing for Comerica Bancorp, Business Marketing for Imperial Bank (acquired by Comerica), as well as Marcom and VC Relationships for Trade Solutions Group, a trade finance, global payments, foreign exchange, and multi-currency deposits software company. Andrew is a partner and Vice President of Business Development for IM/TMA, a strategic marketing firm and serves on the board of the Long Beach Police Foundation. He recently collaborated with De Novo Strategy and Data Center, Inc. to produced a ‘how-to’ workbook on starting a bank. Andrew loves living in Long Beach, California with his wife Jessica and canine sidekicks Vinnie and Louie.

Steven B. Paige, Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years of experience with financial services companies, Steven has worked for both banks and mortgage companies in operational and management positions.  Steven has worked with department heads on improving operational efficiencies which would included created and maintained financial models for Accounting Department to better handle complex amortizations; maintained and created financial and operational reporting which includes department and company budgets.  He has also maintained and enhanced a five-year monthly business forecast model.  Steven has served as project manager for analysis of new and existing software packages for both accounting and operational use along with system conversion and employee training.  Steven brings a unique perspective in that he can see three sides to business opportunities, business, accounting and information technology.

Chris Shepherd, Vice President, Government Affairs
Chris provides expertise in political coordination with all levels of government agencies and elected officials. Consulting on numerous winning political campaigns, he works with interest groups to craft successful strategies for effective business and community development. Most notably, Chris played a significant role in Jerry Brown’s 2006 election as California’s Attorney General. Chris also consulted with multiple government agencies and corporations on a number of programs and legal issues, including: the City of Ventura’s low-income housing program; the City of Pomona’s claims for insurance coverage from a Joint Powers Insurance Authority; a Fortune 500 Company’s insurance claims; the City of Los Angeles 2009 Municipal Elections. Chris’s ability to create solutions and anticipate bureaucratic pitfalls makes him an asset for growth in every bank’s lines of business.
